2-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive wrong or damage item, return it 
within 2 days for a full refund. To eligible for return unbloxing video is required as well item should not wear. all package should be same as you receive.

Return Eligibility

You CAN return if:
- Product is damaged/defective
- Wrong item delivered

You CANNOT return if:
- Item has been worn/used
- More than 2 days since delivery
- Damage due to misuse
- Customized/personalized items

How to Return

Step 1: Email info@astroviz.in with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective), Unboxing Video

Step 2: We'll send return instructions within 24 hours

Step 3: Pack item securely and ship to our return address

Step 4: Refund processed within 7-10 days after we receive return

Return Shipping

- Defective/wrong item: We pay return shipping

- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return for refund and 
place new order.

Damaged During Transit

If item arrives damaged:
1. Take photos - Videos immediately
2. Email us within 24 hours
3. We'll send replacement.
